BA (Hons) Semester Courses
Spend time learning in the UK
Semester Courses are for students who want to spend time learning in the UK, but do not necessarily want to spend 2 – 3 years in another country. Our programmes provide international students the option to spend 3 - 10 months studying alongside our undergraduate or diploma students.
You may wish to spend a part of your bachelor's degree at one of the most successful specialist universities in the UK, where you can earn credits towards your degree.
The length of time abroad can range from one semester to one year and is especially beneficial for those looking to study a particular topic.
You can also choose a pre‑sessional English course with our partner language school prior to your studies if required.
There are courses for students who have limited art and design experience, courses for students who have intermediate experience and courses for students who have extensive experience in their chosen subject.
We recommend you read the BA (Hons) course descriptions carefully to find the most appropriate course that fits your experience. Course timetables and full specifications for each semester are available within each course description.
When you apply, our Course Leaders will work with you to decide on the best year and study level to join your chosen programme.
Students who join our courses are fully integrated with our degree and/or diploma students and benefit from the full range of resources available.
If you can't find the exact course you want, we can design a course tailored to your individual needs. You can join several groups of students on a range of different courses and in addition may receive one-to-one tuition.
Depending on your existing level of expertise and how long you wish to study, you can join our BA (Hons) courses in the September and January each year.
International Summer School
If you are an international student, a summer Study Abroad programme allows you to spend 1 - 8 weeks studying in England. Courses are available each year and include Fashion, Costume, Make-up, Acting and Photography.
